Refund Policy
Effective July 6, 2026
Purchases are processed by Polaras Merchant of Record; refunds are issued by Polar to your original payment method. This policy sits alongside Polar's own terms shown at checkout — confirm it matches Polar's configured refund policy before relying on it.
1. Digital content
Packs are digital content delivered immediately. When you buy, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies once download access has been provided (see the Terms).
2. When we offer a refund
We'll refund your purchase if:
- you were charged more than once for the same pack, or
- the pack failed to deliver / the download doesn't work and we can't fix it, or
- the content is materially not as described.
Because the deliverable is immediately-accessible text, we don't generally refund "change-of-mind" requests once you've accessed the files — but reach out and we'll try to make it right.
3. How to request
Email support@xentropy.ai with the purchase email and order details within 14 days. Approved refunds are returned via Polar to the original payment method.
4. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
