Pack License
Effective July 6, 2026
Draft license — personal, non-redistributable (per the launch decision). Have counsel review before launch.
1. Grant
On purchase, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the prompts and materials in the pack for your own work — personal or within the organization that bought the pack.
2. What you may do
- Use, adapt, and run the prompts in your own projects and workflows.
- Store your own copy and receive updates we publish to the pack.
3. What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense, publish, or otherwise redistribute the pack or substantial parts of it.
- Share your download access or account with people outside your organization.
- Include the pack contents in a competing product or a public/free collection of prompts.
4. Ownership
xentropy retains all rights, title, and interest in the packs. This license does not transfer ownership.
5. Termination
The license terminates if you breach these terms; on termination you must stop using and delete the pack contents.
6. No warranty
Packs are provided “as is.” See the Terms of Service.
